Every deliverable inherits from the hero. Grade, mix, graphics, end card, audio levels. If the hero is not locked, nothing downstream is stable.
We spent the first four days on a single 28-second film. Grade approval on day 3, mix approval on day 4. Not fast. But from day 5 onward, 46 other versions branched from one source of truth. Change the hero once, update everything, or change nothing and never chase an inconsistency across 32 spots.
Slow at the top. Fast at the edges.
