Tinder
First Date
Tinder campaign film. The brief was simple: rebuild what a first date feels like, but cast kids instead of adults. We took it literally. Built a retro sci-fi museum on a soundstage, lit it with practicals only, and let 8-year-olds reenact every awkward beat of meeting someone for the first time. The grade leans deep blue. The edit holds the silences. Nobody is selling anything. The whole film is the joke.

Introduction
The director showed up with one reference: a Soviet planetarium from 1978 and a Tinder screenshot. The set was built in three weeks. The kids were cast in two. Everything you see was practical — the hexagonal portals, the glowing element tablets, the blue floor wash. No green screen, no post compositing, no fix-it-in-the-grade. Just a real set, real lights, and real children pretending they're on a date they don't fully understand.
